PE Catch up
As you know we are setting up after school PE catch up sessions. These are free of charge and will be run by Premier Sports. These sessions will focus on PE skills and team games which will have been missed for the curriculum during lockdown. Please sign up by the end of next week so that they can plan the sessions.
Extra curricular clubs
Next term we have set up some additional clubs.
Gymnastics will run on Wednesday but is already fully booked, Smart Raspberry cookery club will run on Thursdays, but unfortunately the craft club will not run next term. Please contact the club provider if you require any more information.
Remote learning feedback
We would really value your feedback regarding the remote learning experience over the last few weeks. Please could you email the office with your thoughts about what worked well and what could have been more useful or helpful.
You can buy these for £2.50 each and the children can bring them home and plant their seeds and watch their sunflowers grow. You can purchase these through parentpay. If you would like your child to make 2 pots please indicate on parentpay so we can facilitate this. Last orders must be received by the morning of Monday 29th March.
Class photographs were taken yesterday and will be available to purchase online. More information will be sent out next week.
Before school club
Before school club will run from 8am every morning from next week. Please book in advance should you wish to use this facility.
Online safety information
A new document with advice and support from the government regarding online safety has been produced and we have posted this on the school website under e-safety. We have been made aware that a number of children have been accessing online games which are not appropriate for their age. There has been bad language and unkind messages also being sent. Please ensure that you supervise your child when online and follow the safety protocols.
Amazon Wish List
We have added a few more items to the wish list on Amazon of books and resources which we are in need of. Should you wish to, you can purchase some resources for the school. We would be really grateful for any help you feel you could give. Please use the link https://amzn.eu/d1VeZef
A big thank you for the items which we have already received.
Please be mindful that we have children in school with nut allergies. We ask that you do not put items with nuts or nut products into lunchboxes.
Thursday 1st April- break up for Easter
Monday 19th April- Return to School
Wednesday 21st April- Y3/4 swimming starts
It is lovely to have all children back in school however it is very important that everyone continues to stick to the rules so that we can remain open for all pupils.
